Loved this book!!!! A great book to help me on my journey of healing from abuse and shame.

This entire book is amazing!!!! This book helped me to continue on my journey of healing from abuse and shame. It also talks about compassion and setting boundaries. This might be the most helpful book I have ever read. And I have read a lot of self help books!

Absolutely awful!!

I purchased this book in “Very Good” condition and it shouldn’t even pass as “acceptable”!!! The first page of the book was torn out! The entire book is written in and the book looks like it’s been through the ringer. Absolutely horrid condition!!

Pretty good

This was my first Brene brown book and it’s was pretty good. I got a lot out of it. I read it with a friend and we talked about each chapter after we read it.

I have given this gift to more people than any other book ever.

I love Brene's voice delivering hard truths and real experiences. Her recommendations are realistic and do- able by everyone and they get the promised results. If you are ready to make actionable changes in your life to get reconnected with life, this is your book.
